Dear parents, guardians,

In compliance with Circular 0080/2024,

Schools are obliged to share waiting lists data with the NCSE, including details of your child’s name, date of birth, PPSN and status regarding re enrolment process.

Please complete both forms below and submit with enrolment application documents.
